When you initiate a return request there are two ways to go about it.
Once the request has been initiated, the seller will be notified. The seller will then call the product for review.
Note: Further actions related to a return can be done by visiting the returns page. You can find each request listed in the order detail page, under the returns section
For Shipping, the seller will add shipping information and either arrange a pickup from your doorstep or request you to drop-off at the nearest courier outlet.
Important: print the shipment label and prepare for shipment.
For Drop-off, take the products to the seller outlet for review.
After the review, the seller can accept or reject your request. In case of acceptance, the seller will coordinate with you and your amount will be refunded. For rejection the seller will return your products back to you.
