E-commerce orders can be processed in two ways
All e-commerce orders are listed in this section, view the order and take appropriate action.
Once an order is received, you can either accept or reject the order. In case of acceptance, your next action will be to prepare the order for shipment, get the shipment code from your service provider, and add it to the shipment. In case of an area delivery you can add the name of the delivery agent.
Once you add the shipment information, you can print the shipment label and paste it on the product packaging. Instruct the delivery personnel to use the QR-code for accessing the GPS-location of the receiver, or completing the delivery.
