E-commerce returns

You can process returns from the e-commerce return section. All the return requests will be listed here and further actions can be taken after opening the request.

The first step is to call the return for review.
If the return mode is set to shipping, add the shipping information and guide the customer of the next step. Let the customer know to print the shipping label and then use the QR-code to update the shipping status. If the mode is set to Drop-off, communicate with the customer on where to drop the products off.
Begin the review, and after the review you can either accept or reject the return.
In the case of rejection: For Drop-off, handover the products to the customer and for shipping add the shipping information and follow the normal delivery process while you are still in the return section.
In case of acceptance, communicate with the customer for refund and add the refund record to the return.
